Vinyl is not a natural material but is a synthetic man made element. It is a type of plastic that is made from  ethylene found in crude oil and chlorine found in regular salt. its some common properties, such as its resistance to moisture and humidity, very low cost material to produce, durability can be manufactured in a variety of colors, both hard and transparent, very eco friendly becoming a leading material of the 21st century. Because of this it has found uses in different industries.

Vinyl is extensively used in construction and building products due to its simple installation, cost effectiveness and durability. vinyl product has five basic construction uses flooring, roofing, windows, wall covering and siding.
